He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Warren and Helen Warren (Thomas); and his brothers, Richard, Fred and Charles Warren.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginger" Warren (Stickle); his children, Donald A. Warren (Debbie) and Jamie Culley (Alan); his grandchildren, Shauna Henry (Ron), Courtney Warren (Nick) and Craig Hill (Jessica); his great grandchildren, Kody and Kaysan; his siblings, Gerald Warren (Betty) and Jane Shirley (Ken); his brother-in-law Ron Kozar; and his niece Carolyn Bright.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 1325 Mission Road, Latrobe, PA 15650.
