He was predeceased by: his parents, James Rullo and Anna Mae Rullo Osinkoski (Lopey); his wife Marion M. Rullo (Copelli); his son-in-law Dennis Dominick; his brothers, James and George Rullo; and his stepfather Frank "Shinny" Osinkoski.
He is survived by: his daughters, Connie M. Spangler (Richard) of Latrobe, Diane L. Dominick of Crabtree, Becky A. Maruca (Joe) of Slickville and Lori A. Nolan of Donegal; his grandchildren, Tracy, Tammy, Carrie (Mark), Billy (Mel), Joey, Jenny (Irvin), Jesse, Amber (Darren), Donnie, Dennis (Amber), Deena (Karl) and Jeremy; and his great grandchildren, Ashley, Mark, Gabi, Courtney, Abby, Jeremy, Ayden, Jace, Bre, Kaitlyn, Breanna and Caleb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
