He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard J. Comp and Helen M. Comp (Stoup); his sisters-in-law, Debra Comp, Edna Comp and Peggy Rhodes; his parents-in-law, Homer Moyer and Niora Moyer Osborne; and his stepfather-in-law Walter Osborne.
He is survived by: his wife Leah Comp (Moyer); his brothers, Richard J. Comp Jr., Kevin R. Comp and Brian M. Comp (Angie); his pets, McGuire and Hope; and his close friend Annie. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
