He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar E. Person and Martha L. Person (Tremor); his daughter-in-law Suzy Person (Mehalic); and his brother Harold W. Person. He is survived by: his wife Nikki Person (Shaffer) of Latrobe; his children, Kim Dowling (Skip) of Latrobe and Chuck Person Jr. of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Devin Dowling, Dalis Dowling, Mary Person and Andy Person; and his pets, Zoe and Mikey.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Westmoreland County Autism Society (Checks payable to ASA-WCC), P.O. Box 825, Greensburg, PA 15601 or to the American Heart Association.
