He is survived by: his children, Richard C. DeAngelo (Rebecca) of Rockton, PA, Carl J. DeAngelo, Jr. (Katerina) of Cedar Park, TX, Carla A. Erickson (David Kwiatkowski) of Raleigh, NC, Dina M. DeAngelo of Alexandria, VA and Jeannine M. Frye (Cliff) of Latrobe; his sister-in-law Jean Macey of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Katie, Joe, Paul, Brandy, Marissa, Lauren, Miranda, Logan and Charlotte; and his great grandchild Nathan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
