He is survived by: his family Butch; his wife Dena "Noni" O'Brien [Stevenson]; his children, Casey O'Brien and Shannon [O'Brien] Hines; his children-in-law, Wendy O'Brien and Jason Hines; his grandchildren, Gavin "Goomer" O'Brien, Grant "Peewee" O'Brien, Bradly Hines, Beckett Hines, Boden "Bo" Hines and Baylor Hines; his sisters, Barbara [Fred] Williams, Staci [Jason] Bush and Pamela Naples; and his brother-in-law Jay Naples. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
