With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara M. Sisak of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on February 16, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hajas and Catherine Hajas (Noel); her husband Michael Sisak; her son Daniel Sisak; and her siblings, Joseph, James Hajas, Patricia Harrold and Mary Hill.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Stephenson (Wayne), James Sisak, Robert Sisak (Lisa) and Michael Sisak (Bonita); her grandsons, Nathan Stephenson, Brandon Stephenson (Amanda), Robert Sisak, Michael Sisak and Anthony Sisak; her great grandchildren, Kendall, Emma, Owen and Ashlynn Stephenson; her siblings, Joan Green, Laverne Smartnick (Frank), Loretta Maccarelli (Chuck), Frank Hajas, Kenneth Hajas and Terrence Hajas (Barbara); and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Hajas and Dolores Hajas. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). Viewing was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. John the Evangelist Church, 306 St. John Drive, Latrobe, PA 15650.
