She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth V. Walters, Sr.; and her siblings, Gary Scott Walters, Kenneth V. Walters, Jr. and Connie L. Walters. She is survived by: her mother Sara M. Walters (Barr) of Latrobe; her husband Eric V. "Ric" Blair, Sr. of Latrobe; her son Eric V. Blair, Jr. of Blairsville; her grandchildren, Collin Blair, Morgan Blair and Zachary Sapienza; her great grandchild Leon; her sister Wendy Walters (Daniel Availes) of Charlotte, NC; her siblings-in-law, Deb, William Lint, Cathy and Terry Heacox; and her pets, Speckles and Hollie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Action for Animals, P.O. Box 814, Latrobe, PA 15650.
