She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy R. Campbell and Margaret A. Campbell (McGinnis); her husband John E. Koskey; and her siblings, Harry, James Campbell and Kathryn Krall.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Lou Hugus of Latrobe; and her brother-in-law William E. Krall of Latrobe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
