She was predeceased by: her parent John Yonek; her husband William R. Repko; her son Dennis Repko; and her siblings, John Yonek, Elizabeth Levendosky and Eleanor Rogers.
She is survived by: her parent Mary Yonek (Yanek); her son William R. Repko, Jr. (Diane) of Latrobe; her grandchildren, Ryan Repko, Patrick Repko, Robin Nevin and Rhonda McCoy; her great grandchildren, R. J., Randy Nevin, Ethan and Elisha McCoy; her great great grandchild Carson Nevin; and her friend Denise Ward. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
