He was predeceased by: his parents, William Collins and Ruth Collins (Rowlands); his wife Janice Bekanich Collins; and his daughter Renee Clara Collins Smith. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Adam Smith III of St. Robert, MO., Alexander David Smith of St. Robert, MO. and Addison Elizabeth Smith of St. Robert, MO.; his son-in-law Adam Smith of St. Robert, MO; and his brothers, James Collins (Debbie) of Moosic, Ronald Collins (Laura) of Honesdale and Robert Collins (Jean) of Avoca. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
