He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Crupie and Rose Crupie (Colinear); and his brother Nick Crupie. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Crupie (Everett); his children, Bob Crupie (Sherri) of Monroeville, John Crupie (Marie) of North Huntingdon, Patti Bartolli (Tony) of Irwin and Nick Crupie (Lisa) of Greensburg; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Courtney, Taylor, Dominick, Joe, Jordan and Nick; his siblings, Anthony, John Crupie, Rose Ann Crupie, Mary Griffiths, Theresa Freeman and Chris O'Rourke; and his siblings-in-law, Clarence Everett (Janice) and Rose Crupie.
