She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blair and Matilda Ridley Hursh; her husband Milton C. Galla; her daughters, Linda and Lisa Galla; her grandson Nicholas Nyberg; her son-in-law Jeffrey Elizeus; and her siblings, Reida Harris, James'Buddy', Paul, Blair and Clifford Hursh.

She is survived by: her children, Gary Galla (Agnes) of North Huntingdon, Don Galla (Laura) of Smithsburg, MD, Dean Galla (Joyce) of Bradenton, FL, Kathy Elizeus of Ardara and Renae Nyberg (Kris) of Trafford; her grandchildren, Brad Galla (Kayla), Joshua Galla (Melissa), Nathan Galla (Lynn), Jon Galla (Amber), Alexandria, Ashley Elizeus, Kristina and Kristopher Nyberg; her great grandchildren, Addison and Esther Galla; her sister Delores Tornblom (Jim) of North Huntingdon; and her pets, Smokey and Mittens. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
