He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Robert Raff Sr. and Mildred Perry Raff; and his brother Donald P. Raff. He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Gaudier; his children, Janine Raff Cleveland (Frank Blackard) of Maitland, FL, Suzanne Raff Petersen (Christian) of Laporte, PA and Robert Raff (Susan Fallows) of Orlando, FL; his wife Patricia Miller Raff of Laporte, PA; his stepson John Ferguson (Andrea Lange) of Fairfax, CA; his grandchildren, Kiersten Soderman (Garad) of Austin, TX and Benjamin Petersen (Virginia) of Maitland, FL; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan and Nicholas Ferguson of Fairfax, CA; his great grandchildren, Anya Soderman, Zane Soderman and Calla Soderman of Austin, TX.; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Raff of Bel Air, MD and Dorothy Raff of Mount Airy, MD; and his nephews, Stephen Raff and Jeffrey Raff. He is also survived by his family, friends.
