She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood O. Trutt and Dora E. Trutt (Pentycofe); and her brothers, Robert and David Trutt. She is survived by: her former husband Walter C. Fountaine; her husband Walt; her sons, Walter L. Sholly Jr. of Middleburg and Ricky A. Sholly; her siblings, Dorothy Fetterolf of Lewisburg, Deb Conrad of Mifflinburg and Ricky Trutt of Lewisburg; her nephew Ray Conrad Jr.; and her niece Theresa Conrad.
