He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas O'Leary and Margaret O'Leary (Yatsko); and his sister Judith "Judy" Kosica. He is survived by: his sister Carole O'Leary of Ludlow, VT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Parish (462 W Ludlow St, Summit Hill, PA 18250). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
