She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph C. "Gypsy Joe" Orsulak; her parents, Thomas "Hogan" Major and Mary Major (Wargo); and her brother Andrew Major. She is survived by: her children, Paul Orsulak (Faith), Joseph Orsulak (Dawn) of Villages, FL and Mary Beth Paul; her sister Mary Regina "Ginny" Rose of Nesquehoning; her grandchildren, Joseph Orsulak, Mark Paul (Melissa), Stacie Paul, Megan Orsulak and Paul Orsulak; and her great grandchildren, Mikaia Paul and Zaid Paul. She is also survived by Several Nieces and Nephews.
