He was predeceased by: his grandfather Daniel Collar; his great-grandparents, James, Betty Wayne, John and Ann Lego; and his great-aunt Bernie Dunsmore (Wayne).
He is survived by: his parents, Michaelann Lannen (Lego) of Lanse, PA and Daniel Collar of Curwensville, PA.; his pet Echo; his sister Addison Collar; his half-sisters, Shianne Collar of Olanta, PA and Jacinta Collar of Clearfield, PA; his brothers, Justin and Jared Lannen; and his grandparents, George M., Mary Lego of Lanse, PA and Marlene Stucke of New York. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
