He was predeceased by: his father Henry Kauflie, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Walsh Wolf; and his siblings, Jay Kauflie, III (Deborah), Charlie Kauflie (Tina) and Elisabeth Potson (Andrew). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
