William E. Viss Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William E. Viss of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, born in Modesto, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 26, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Viss and Phyllis Viss (Broekema); his son Jonathan William Viss; and his great grandchild Nora Poor. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Viss (Eggink); and his children, Norman Viss (Cyndi), Evelyn Smith (Robert), Stanley Viss (Rachel) and Carol Van Dyken (Daryl). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.

Burial services will follow at Immanuel Leidy's Church Cemetery with a luncheon following at Immanuel Leidy's Church (273 W Cherry Ln, Souderton, PA 18964), In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made in William's name to Trans World Radio at https://give.twr.org. would be greatly appreciated.
