He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Mitsch, (Smith) and Victor R. Mitsch, Sr.; and his sisters, Sally and Helen Victor. He is survived by: his wife Jennie "Connie" Mitsch (Famularo); his daughters, Lisa M. Whelan (Kevin) of Philadelphia and Christina A. Zipley of North Wales; and his granddaughter Tara Zipley of North Wales. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
