He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Capper, (Crawford) and Thomas J. Capper, Jr.; and his sister Margaret "Peggy" Billger. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Capper (Boesch); his sons, Mark J. Capper (Ji) of Quakertown, Edward T. Capper (Michelle) of Berwick, Jason M. Capper of Jim Thorpe and Thomas A. Capper of Lansdale; his grandchildren, Ian, Josh, Courtney and Lindsay; his sister Joanne Behm (Charles) of Feasterville; and his brother-in-law Robert Billger of Howell, MI. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
