Theresa Ann left this world on January 16, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Swift and Margaret Swift (Quigley); her husband Henry; and her sisters, Mary Diane Trempe (late Robert) and Jean Marie Swift.
She is survived by: her children, Jessica O'Hara (Maxwell Sissman) and Daniel O'Hara (Alexandra); and her siblings, John Swift, Nancy Skiles (Ernie), Robert Swift (Maria), Christine Swift and Kathleen Yates (Al). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Corpus Christi Church (900 Sumneytown Pike, Lansdale, PA 19446). A Mass will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
