He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Carp and Frances Carp. He is survived by: his wife Teresa "Terri"; his children, Robert Carp Jr. (Sarah) and Linda Mencel (Patrick); his grandchildren, Cole Carp, Jet and Sage Mencel; and his siblings, Stephen Carp (Diane) and Carol Carp. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association, and please consider being a blood donor.
