She was predeceased by: her parents, Carrie Mains (Eckhardt) and George Washington Elmer Mains; and her siblings, Dorothy Dolt, Ethel Gallagher and Franklin Mains.

She is survived by: her husband Hugh Reid; her daughters, Eileen (Chip Everhardt) and Sheila (Domenic Mirto); her grandchildren, Augustus, Christopher and Jennifer Everhardt (Kransbluky); and her great grandchildren, Lillian and Tyler Everhardt.
