He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin Leroy Wert, Sr. and Helen Wert (Banning); and his children, Jean Lutz (Brian) and Charles Bradley Wert. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Wert (Johnstin); his children, Jonathan Wert (Anne), Carolyn Von Ahnen, Marla Johnstin (Richard), Mary Barrett (Thomas) and Bethann Gallo (Thomas); and his sisters, Helen Gerner (Daniel) and Margaret Hogan (Thomas). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
