She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Benedette, (Bardusch) and Sylvester Benedette, Sr.; and her sister Mary Benedette. She is survived by: her husband Walter F. Sames, Jr.; her daughters, Carol A. Sames (Robert Zajdel) of Jamesville, NY, Anne M. Wett (Thomas) of Scottsdale, AZ and Mary Beth Gillespie (Bradley) of Houston, AK; her brother Sylvester L. Benedette, Jr. (Wendy) of Hatfield; and her sisters-in-law, Joyce L. Erb (Ronald) of Waxhaw, NC and Janice L. Sames of Royersford. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
