She was predeceased by: her husband Richard F. Fagan. She is survived by: her children, Christine LieBerman (Robert), Richard F. Fagan (Fran) and Jacqueline A. Kelly (Thomas, III); her grandchildren, Dawn, Richard, Lindsy, Thomas IV and Casey; her great grandchildren, Noah, Lila, Alanna, Madi, Robbie, John and Scarlett; and her sisters, Jane Hack and Margaret Casey.
