He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy C. Kromer, Sr. and Jeanette Kromer (Hilt); and his brother Carl Kromer. He is survived by: his children, Angel L. Kromer (Fiance'Nicholas Smith) and LeRoy C. Kromer, III (Bianca Gotthardt) of Pittsburgh, PA; his stepson Larry Hook of Wilkes Barre, PA; his siblings, Bruce Kromer of Warner Robins, GA, Brenda Holderman of Whitehall, PA and Janet Matthias of Catasauqua, PA; and his granddaughters, Aurora and Lena Smith.
