She was predeceased by: her spouse Glen G. "Geoff" Olson; and her parents, William E. Moser and Janet Moser. She is survived by: her daughter Jenell Olson; and her siblings-in-law, Erick Olson, Russell Olson, Tina Olson and Stephanie Olson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Karen's memory to a veteran's charity of one's choice.
