He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Bouldin and Dorothy Bouldin (Johnson); and his children, John K. Bouldin and Kathleen Bouldin. He is survived by: his wife Mary E. (Kiley); his daughter Karen Bouldin of Perkasie, PA; his daughter-in-law Lindsey Royce of Craig; his niece Amy Sherwood of Tucson; and his nephews, Andrew Bouldin (Marie) of Wilmington, NC, Robert Bouldin (Lynette) of Columbia, SC and Paul Bouldin (Paula) of Girard, Ill..
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Children's Hospital Philadelphia.
