He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen Kramer (Magee); his parents, James W. Kramer, Sr. and Barbara Ruth Kramer (Fellman); his son James John Kramer; and his brother Bobby Kramer.
He is survived by: his brothers, Douglas C. Kramer of Perkasie, PA and Gary D. Kramer (Faye) of Denver, CO; his children, Sherry Lynn Maw (Douglas) of Lansdale, PA, Jeffrey Scott Kramer (Diana) of Port Orchard, WA, Timothy James Kramer (Kristin) of Wappingers Falls, NY and Kevin Matthew Kramer of Philadelphia, PA; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Aurora, Hunter, Jimmy, Tracy, Xavier, Alexander, Jaime, Kyleigh, Cydnee, Trayden, Madily, Delaney, Reagan, Edward "Teddy" IV, Logan, Killian, Gwendolyn, Lïla and Blaire. He is also survived by his 16 Grandchildren.
