He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Howard and Renee Howard. He is survived by: his wife Barbara W. Howard; his children, Andy Howard (Amy) of Culver City, CA and Kim Howard of North Wales; his granddaughters, Sasha and Alice; his sister Joan Kane of Levittown; his nieces, Nicole, Tara, Amanda, Breanna and Michaela; and his nephew Brian.
