He was predeceased by: his parents, William Garner and Shirley Garner (Snyder); and his brother David Garner. He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his sons, Mike Garner (Mary) of Quakertown and Scott Garner of Perkasie; his stepbrother Greg Shisler; and his half-brother Jason Garner.
