He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Hoover, (Pfautz) and Henry A. Hoover, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Jason M. Hoover (Jeanine Myhre) of Whitehorse, Canada; and his brother Craig Hoover (Kristin) of Hummlestown.
He was a longtime resident of the Lamb Foundation, North Wales, and was an avid gardener.
