We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2019, at the age of 90, Dorothy A. Dittmar (Lansdale, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Hyde and Odella Hyde; and her brother Leon Hyde. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Dittmar (Alison) of Lansdale and Pat Ortiz (Ed) of Quakertown; her grandchildren, Lenny Dittmar (Jane), Jeff Dittmar (Amy) and Chris Ortiz (Kristin); and her stepsister Evelyn Prenot. She is also survived by her six great-grandchildren, her two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to The Animal Humane Society, 845 Meadow Lane North, Golden Valley, MN 55422, and would be deeply appreciated by her family.
