He was predeceased by : his parents, Jacob Gehman and Gertrude Gehman (Nyce); his daughter Natalie Gehman; and his brother Richard Gehman. He is survived by : his wife Sherry Gehman (Bartholomew); his daughter Melissa D. Valenti of Philadelphia; his siblings, Loretta Umstead (late Jerry) of Lansdale, Florence Hoffman (Paul) of Mechanicsburg and J. Larry Gehman (Emily) of Murrells Inlet, SC; and his sister-in-law Margaret "Peggy" Gehman of Norristown.

Visitation was held on Thursday, June 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A prayer was held on Friday, June 21st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
