He was predeceased by: his parents, Giuseppe Calafati and Liberata Virdo. He is survived by: his children, Denise M. Calafati (Jon Forest) of Buckingham, Tina Calafati of Doylestown and Dominic A. Calafati, Jr. (Trang) of Chalfont; his grandchildren, Joshua, Alexis, Kylie, CeCe and Ciro; and his siblings, Gary Calafati of Lansdale and Rosa DiBetta of North Wales.
