Smith Sr. of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, who passed away on February 18, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Smith. He is survived by: his wife Louise Smith; his sons, David W. Smith II and Shawn Lucas Smith; and his brother Foreman Smith.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in David's memory to either St. Jude's, or Wounded Warriors.
