He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Budenz and Emily Budenz (Lentz); his son Michael; and his brother E. Terry Budenz. He is survived by: his wife Maureen Budenz (Magargal); his daughter Danielle Budenz of Lansdale; and his siblings, Harry Budenz (Janet) of Harleysville, Patricia Budenz of Lansdale and Elizabeth Chadwick of Skippack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
