As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Charla may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert W. Vandegrift; her parents, Charles Johnson, Jr. and Rosalia Johnson (Vivirito); and her sister Jeanne Rosalia Johnson. She is survived by: her child Dedra Jon Van Dusen of Lansdale; her stepdaughters, Kristine Ponto (Robert) of Pottstown and Jennifer Fogarty (Brud) of Fairfield, CT; and her nephews, Gerald Charles Angelichio (Jerry) and Brian Gerald Angelichio. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to the ASPCA.
