She was predeceased by: her father Paul; her mother-in-law Eleanor Hertzog; her stepfather-in-law Carl Hertzog; and her father-in-law Jack Zentgraf. She is survived by: her husband Christopher Zentgraf; her mother Anne Folkes (Murphy); her brothers, Jim Folkes (Elaine), Mike Folkes (Phyllis Hsu), Larry Folkes (Nancy) and Dan Folkes (Rose); her stepmother-in-law Eleanor Zentgraf; her brother-in-law Jay Zentgraf (Mike Bode); and her children, Meaghan, Claire, Kelly and Michael.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). Viewing will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Church (51 Lansdale Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Cathy's memory to the Penn Medicine Hospice Friends Fund, so that others may receive the dignified care she did.
