She was predeceased by: her husband Sylvester Newsome; her parents, Edith Lovatt and Tyson Roy Myers; and her siblings, Joan Stockert and Roy Myers.

She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Thomas, Linda Moyer of Myerstown, PA and Lisa Eachus; her grandchildren, Jeremy, Kristin, Kami, Tanya, Christina, Crystal, Michael, Ryan, Chloe, Andrew and Cassidy; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Riley, Ariana, Madison of Laylana, RJ, Hunter, Tessa, Everly, Jordan and Raelynn.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, contributions in Carol's memory may be made to the Calvary Baptist School of Lansdale, 1380 S. Valley Forge Road, Lansdale PA 19446.
