She is survived by: her children, Bharat Daphtary (Parul) of Monroe Township, NJ and Bindu Kapadia (Nirmal) of Wyncote; her grandchildren, Pooja (Mark), Misha (Ben), Trishna (Shai) and Natasha; her great grandchild Max; and her brothers, Kishor Modi (Shashi) of India, Kiran Modi of Orlando, FL and Bhaskar Modi (Bina) of India.
