She was predeceased by: her spouse Marlin S. Rickert Jr.; her parents, George Ellis and Mazie Ellis (Epler); and her siblings, Grace Scott, George Ellis, Charles Ellis, Kenneth Ellis, Robert Ellis and Wilbur Ellis.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Kalman; her granddaughter Jillian Kalman; and her brothers, Richard Ellis (late Joan), Donald Ellis (June) and Sherwood Ellis. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
