III; his daughters, Brooke Janisak (Jonathan), Kristel Goulet and Heather Mela (Andrew); his grandchildren, Madeline, Mae, Jon Janisak, Athena Goulet, Benjamin and Evelyn Mela; his sister Kim O'Boyle (John); and his stepson Michael Tamaro (Martina).
