She was predeceased by: her parents, Axel Benson and Lillian Benson (Backoff); and her daughter Nancy Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Paul R. Edwards; her daughters, Gail E. Dawson (Amos) of Flat Rock, NC and Diane Mulholland of Clive, Iowa; and her sister Patricia Dykens of Massachusetts. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
