He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine Josephine Vona; his parents, Carmen Vona and Concetta Vona; and his siblings, Vincent Vona (Genevieve), Philomena Maiorota (Charles), John Vona (Stella), Frances Conner (Jasper), Josephine Martella (Edward), Gilda Ondrejka (Joseph) and Orlando Vona (Olga).
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Johnson, Anthony Vona and Michael Vona (Alicia); his grandchildren, Nicole Harahan (Bernard), Danielle Miller (Andrew), Dana Keys (Brian), Brandon Vona, Anthony Vona, Nicholas Vona, Tyler Vona (Kaitlyn) and Madison Wolfinger; and his sister Rita Tropiano (Joseph). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
