She was predeceased by: her husband Paul B. Lewis; her parents, Joseph Carnie and Minnie Carnie (Bodmer); her sisters, Carol and Joan; and her granddaughter Emily.
She is survived by: her children, Carol C. Mattes (Eugene) of Telford and David P. Lewis (Jill M. Iris) of Perkiomenville. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
