He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Lowney; his sons, Kenneth Lowney and Daniel Lowney (Maureen); and his siblings, Lorraine Lowney and Andrew Lowney.
He is survived by: his children, William Lowney (Kim), Elizabeth Carpino (Joseph) and Vincent Varalli; his grandchildren, Joseph, Angela Carpino, Sean, Nicholas Lowney, Christopher Lowney, RJ, Danny Gerhardt, Christina Roccograndi, Michael Varalli and Heather Tran; his great grandchildren, Ava, Joey, Robert, Greyson, Quinn, Elowyn, Avalon and Mason; and his brother George Lowney. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
